I love doing the TT but there are weeks I have a hard time coming up with 13 things to make any kind of list. My blog is a baby boomer pop culture blog so I try to keep it nostalgic and within my era of growing up - which makes it even more difficult sometimes, lol.

A list of favorite books of mine would be littered with Isaac Asimov, I loved his Sci-Fi, and Catcher in the Rye would always be on a favorite book list of mine as well as Gone With The Wind (one of the few books I read over and over again).

Claire, I like MZB in general, but this book was the most compelling. The way she rewrote the legend from the women's POV gave it a different spin. Morgaine who is usually the evil one comes over as an intelligent and sensible woman, whereas Guinevere is insufferable (to me anyway). I just loved the mystical touch of the book and all the details about living on Avalon etc.

I love Catch-22 and Mists, too.

I was out of ideas this week. Consistency is not me.
