This week in my mailbox…
- “Visitation” by Jenny Erpenbeck in the original German version “Heimsuchung”. I totally love the edition that I got. It is published by the Büchergilde Gutenberg and the title and the image of the house are embossed very beautifully.
- “Where the God Of Love hangs out” by Amy Bloom I saw this one mentioned on a newspaper book blog and it sounded very good.
I got as a gift
- “A taste to die for” by Jean G. Goodhind, a cosy murder mystery that my mom gave me in the German version called “Dinner für eine Leiche”. No idea what this is going to be like, I think it is part so and so of a series, but probably easy to get into.
- The dragon and the pearl by Jeannie Lin from Netgalley. As tacky as it may seem I adore the cover! That was reason enough for me to get this historical romance.
