In my mailbox

Hosted by The Story Siren

This week my mailbox was quite empty, but that is ok. I have enough to read to keep me busy for a long time.

I got as a gift

“A week  at the airport” by Alain de Botton. Birgit from The Book Garden gave me that as a RAK in August, but TBD is so slow in the first place and then the book got lost and had to be re-sent, so it took a while. But better late than never. Thank you so much, Birgit!

    • Could be, Birigt. It would explain the time it took to get here. But better late than never!

    • Thanks, Ally. I read The Alchemist and found it incredibly boring. I am not into spiritual topics at all. But I know that Coelho is extremely popular. I already started Botton and so far really like it.

      • Well ,I discovered Coelho back in ’99 through The Alchemist and the whole story gave me a lot of confidence. I haven’t stopped reading his works and Aleph seems better than his two previous works 🙂
