My mailbox was fairly empty this week. But more to come soon…
I swapped
-
Girl in Hyacinth Blue by Susan Vreeland
The title reminded me of Girl with a pearl earring and it IS about a Vermeer painting as well. Just that this one is an imaginary one.
- Dukes to the left of me, Princes to the right by Kieran Kramer
- Cloudy with a chance of marriage by Kieran Kramer.
I have never read anything by her, but swapped those two books with a German fellow book lover. The title of the first one totally caught my eye because dukes and princes are so romance-y. The last romance I read was a DNF, not sure they will be for me either, but we will see.

I have the first “Impossible Bachelors” series of Kramer, “When Harry Met Molly”, on my pile… I read very good reviews, so I really want to read and see

I am not sure I like those knock-off titles even though they do catch your eye, don’t they?
I liked Girl in Hyacinth Blue.
I intend to try reading Kramer’s books, mainly because the titles are so catchy!
Marg’s last post ..A Rogue by any Other Name by Sarah Maclean
I am reading Girl in Hyacinth Blue right now and love it. What a great book!
