Readers' Workouts

Last week was my first week to actually DO someting. I had planned to working out 90 minutes/week and that “worked out” alright.

I rode my bike at home while watching TV (time just flies that way – sort of) and once I went swimming with my swimming buddy. I counted that with 20 minutes even though we were at the pool much longer (basically chatting and having fun in the hot outdoor pool).

All in all I managed 95 minutes which is  perfectly fine with me.

I love My Fitness Pal and am always so pleased when I can enter another exercise or weigh in. This is such fun!

  1. Great job on working out as much as you did! And, I’m glad you’re enjoying My Fitness Pal. I also love it. It’s such a great way to keep track of exercise and calories. It’s my life saver. 🙂

  2. Sounds great! Are you one of those annoying ladies that spend most of their time chatting at the side of the pool, in the way of people who want to do lanes? Very annoying. My friend and I chat while we swim and gossip about them. Them! 🙂

    I had a 85 minute cycle ride today – so that meant I could have ice cream for desert. Yay for MFP!

    • Um, actually we chat at the side in a little nook of the pool so we are not too much in the way. We do gossip while swimming as well, btw.

      85 min on the bike? Good for you. After one episode of Seinfeld I usually have enough (of the bike, that is).
