My mailbox stayed empty this week, which is actually a good thing considering all those stacks of unread books. Plus, the hotter it gets the slower I seem to read. Then again, it did cool down a bit last night, so maybe I manage to speed up a little now that the extreme heat is over. I honestly cannot wait for autumn to arrive!

I envy you for having these site where you can swap… and awesomebooks, which the sales… I got one book, for my Venice in February challenge and I am looking forward to Winterson’s latest book, “The Daylight Gate”, based on a which trial hundreds of years ago… I can’t wait to read it, it is supposed to be rather different from what she has written recently.
