What am I giving away?

Judith encouraged me to give away something different today. I digitally made this set of 2013 calendar bookmarks and I am giving away one set. However, I must let you know that I have not received my prints yet, so it will take a while before I can get the set out to the winner. But I won’t forget and I promise that you will get them before the new year, :).

  1. I do both! When there’s a bookmark in my reach, I use that. But if I don’t have one, I dogear my books. I’m ashamed 🙁

  2. I’m not sure if I can enter this giveaway since I’m not participating on the Literary Giveaway Blog Hop myself. But, anyway, I’ll leave my opinion on bookmarks:

I adore bookmarks, I collect them, treasure them. Have some made on leather with my initials monogrammed, have them from all around the world, have them given by friends, family and, most especially, by people who no longer are with me. Bookmarks are my very special jewels.

  3. Yay! The bookmarks. That’s really nice! I love bookmarks and I was just thinking the other day it was time for some new ones.

I am very careful with my books although I don’t mind lending them to others and I don’t mind if they’re not quite as careful. But NOOOO! No dogearing!! It’s bookmarks, always.

  4. Those bookmarks look absolutely lovely, and I’d love to have a chance to win them! Thank you so much.

As for dogearing, I really don’t like to do it. I am one of those who always uses bookmarks or just little scraps of paper I have lying around.

  5. I don’t have many bookmarks, but I do use them. I’ve been known to get upset with my husband for dog-earring the pages of my books. 🙂

Those bookmarks are lovely. I would love a chance to win.

  6. Ahhh this might be my favourite giveaway! I collect free bookmarks compulsively, and have tatty ones from book awards 10 years past, etc. that I still use because I love them. So definitely not a fan of dogearing – free bookmarks are EVERYWHERE and the best evidence of miles travelled and books read.

  9. I’ll dogear if I have to but I try to make sure I always have tons of bookmarks. My library makes bookmarks to advertise what they have going on. When the event is over, I’ll grab a ton of their leftover bookmarks so I always have some on hand.

This is a great idea for the giveaway, thank you so much.

  11. BOOKMARKS!!! They look wonderful. I am definitely a bookmark user, though I am guilty of writing in my books. I used to be very much against it, but I find it easier to go back to certain passages if they’re marked.

  18. I’m definitely the bookmark user… I hate causing any wear or tear to my books. If I accidentally do, then it bothers me all the while I’m reading the book.
